The Holding Space is a grief-first weekly support circle for women navigating the immediate or ongoing aftermath of miscarriage, pregnancy loss, IVF failure, TFMR, or recurrent loss.
This is not a place to be fixed, rushed, or reframed. It’s a place to land.
Each week, we gather in a small, facilitated Zoom circle to sit with what’s present — whether that’s sadness, anger, numbness, fear, relief, confusion, or all of it at once. You are welcome to speak, to listen, or simply to be. Quiet participation is always honored.
The Holding Space exists because grief after pregnancy loss doesn’t follow a timeline — and because so many women are expected to “move on” long before they’re ready.
What We Cover & Explore
While every session is shaped by the people in the room, themes we often explore include:
The emotional aftermath of loss (shock, guilt, anger, sadness, relief)
Navigating silence, isolation, and misunderstanding from others
Holding grief alongside daily life, work, and family
Fear, uncertainty, and loss of trust in your body or future
Identity shifts after miscarriage or fertility trauma
Learning how to exist with grief — not around it
There is no pressure to share personal details. Listening is participation.
